From the practitioner: About My Practice

I work with busy professionals who are tired, bloated, irritated and achy. 
Working together we uncover the root causes of your symptoms. I offer strategic advice and genuine support which will empower you to modify your diet and lifestyle and create lifelong health habits. You can resolve gut issues, enjoy restorative sleep, become clear headed and focused, stabilise your moods and a regain a renewed vitality to live your best life.
I am a BANT registered nutritional therapist with a Masters degree in Nutritional Therapy. I am also an IFM certified practitioner. The practice is based in a rural village in the English countryside, where we currently offer consultations via Zoom enabling us to work with clients across the world.

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

Rarely do symptoms resolve with one or two appointments. I find that working with my clients over a twelve-week period ensures gradual and manageable changes, which are not overwhelming. Diet and lifestyle modifications are designed for a lifetime of health and wellbeing, and address your body as one interconnected, integrated unit. A full medical, family and health history is undertaken at the initial appointment. and personalised nutrition protocols are created at each session to help you achieve your health goals.
