From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect
Nutritional Therapy consultation consists of a discovery call, an initial appointment and follow up appointments. During these conversations and based on laboratory/ functional test results (if needed) and after identifying those underlying root causes of your health concerns, I explain WHY you experience your health concerns and HOW we could build the foundation of your health going forward. We agree on a manageable, actionable and practical nutrition and lifestyle programme. These individual and personalised plans are then adjusted during follow-up appointments based on your progress of the program.
