We are a functional medicine practice that looks to find the root cause of chronic disease. One of our specialties is finding the root cause of "unexplained infertility", where we work with both partners to uncover the possible blocks keeping couples from conceiving. All prospective patients can go to the website www.cmassmd.com, where they can fill out a form to book discovery call with Dr. Massinople to see if our clinic is the right fit. This is a membership practice that includes physician visits, health coach visits, supplement discounts, wholesale prices on functional testing, educational workshops, and more. We develop a therapeutic partnership with each patient and give you the tools to get you on road to optimal health.
 

From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

Dr. Massinople will not be your PCP, but instead will collaborate with your other physicians and take a different approach to your chronic symptoms to allow for identifying the root cause of your illness. Every patient interested in joining the membership program at Reimagined MD will need to have a primary care doctor. Dr. Massinople and her team will do the medical detective work, looking through a functional medicine lens, in order to prescribe a personalized treatment plan that will allow for sustainable change. This is a true therapeutic partnership that requires the patient to participate in their long term health care plan.
