From the practitioner: What Patients Can Expect

Prior to the initial visit, clients should complete a 59 question intake form, which Dr. Klimenko reviews prior to the appointment. The visit will include detailed medical history and nutritional physical exam, functional testing in the office, body composition test and 30 days of clinical support and health coaching.
